Job Title Quality Control EngineerDepartment Quality Assurance ProductionMinimum Qualifications Education Diploma Mandatory BE B Tech in any specializationExperience Minimum 2 years in Quality ControlIndustry Preference Must have experience in plastics machinery manufacturingLanguage Basic English communication skills requiredKey Responsibilities Conduct in-process and final quality checks on manufactured plastic machinery componentsMaintain quality records and documentation as per ISO or internal standardsCoordinate with production teams to address quality-related issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective preventive actionsUse measuring instruments such as vernier calipers micrometers gauges etc Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standardsParticipate in internal audits and support customer audits when requiredAssist in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality departmentSkills and Competencies Familiarity with quality control processes in the plastics machinery industryKnowledge of mechanical drawings and specificationsProficient in using measurement tools and quality inspection techniquesAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic knowledge of MS Office and report preparationPreferred Candidate Profile Male candidates with relevant industry experienceHands-on experience in a quality control role within a plastics machinery manufacturing environmentStrong technical background with practical knowledge of shop floor processes
