Role : Senior Quality Assurance Manager Experience : 10-16 years Location : Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai Key Responsibilities: - Analyse existing quality processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Project Audits - Develop, document, and implement process improvements aligned with business goals and industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, quality assurance) to drive quality initiatives. - Monitor and report on key quality metrics and process performance indicators. - Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. - Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and best practices. - Assist in the development of quality documentation, SOPs, and workflows. - Utilize data analysis tools and software to generate insights and support decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelors/master's in engineering/IT/Computers with experience on above mentioned areas - 10+ years of total proven experience in Quality Process and 5+ years as Quality Lead - Professionally matured enough to work/drive initiatives independently and add value - Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), process mapping, and process improvement methodologies - Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
