About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive with substantial experience in recruitment consultancy and a strong interest in AI/tech hiring. This position suits individuals eager to excel in a dynamic environment, equipped with a solid understanding of talent acquisition processes, and aimed at fostering partnerships within the advancing fields of AI, ML, and emerging technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new business ties with clients focusing on AI, ML, data science, and tech-related hires.
- Utilize consultancy expertise to develop tailored hiring strategies for clients.
- Engage in market mapping and research to locate rapidly expanding AI-oriented startups, product companies, and larger enterprises.
- Forge enduring relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and technology leaders.
- Promote and deliver impactful hiring services including conventional recruitment and AI-enhanced hiring solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to guarantee timely and quality recruitment closures.
- Participate in industry webinars, AI hiring symposiums, and relevant conferences for better visibility and networking.
- Maintain comprehensive CRM records while preparing regular performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Possess 13 years of professional background in business development or sales within a recruitment consulting domain.
- Exhibit a fundamental understanding or passionate interest in AI/tech hiring practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Show proficiency in recruitment cycles, client acquisition strategies, and account management.
- Skilled in utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and Excel for professional purposes.
- Adept at interpreting client technological needs into concrete business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Keen insight into AI recruitment patterns, and specific challenges associated with data science and ML talent pools.
- Connections within the AI and startup ecosystems are highly advantageous.
- Prior experience engaging with product-driven or tech-centric enterprises.
