Job Description

Were looking for a smart, process-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound

leads and support outbound lead generation. This is a pre-sales/customer-facing coordination role

by being the first line of communication with industrial prospects navigating water sustainability

initiatives. The role offers learning and growth into full-scale B2B sales.

Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new customers
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
- Handle inquiries across all sales channels
- Understand customer context and respond with clarity and relevance
- Work with field and senior sales for site surveys and meetings
- Own and drive the pipeline
- Coordinate and follow-up with all stakeholders
- Manage CRM
- Weekly sales reporting

Qualifications

- 2+ years&apos experience
- Prior experience in sales support, call center, customer service, or similar roles
- Strong listening and articulation skills
- Comfortable working with CRMs, email, and digital communication tools
- Proficient in English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus
- Interest in sustainability, industry, or compliance is a plus
