As an Inside Sales Executive, you will communicate with potential customers, provide excellent customer service, and close sales deals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve actively engaging with leads, understanding customer requirements, effectively promoting our courses to prospective students, and meeting your sales targetsJob Type - Inside Sales Specialist (B2C Sales) - Work from the officeQualificationsInside Sales experience (Edtech Experience is preferred)Excellent Communication skills (Hindi, English)Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsPrevious experience in Inside sales or MBA in Sales and MarketingSales planning and execution skillsPersuasive and negotiation skillsAbility to work under stressa good team playerRoles and ResponsibilityEstablish a good rapport with potential customers to develop and maintain customer relationshipsClose sales deals and achieve assigned sales targetsIdentify potential new customers and make initial contact through cold calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisementsCalling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitching the right course as per their needs.Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.All the records of customer interactions should be kept in CRM.Providing excellent post-sales support to your clientsFollow up on leads and make sure a respectable % conversion rateConsistently achieve revenue targets allottedTo understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.Work-life balanceexcellent incentive slabPromotion to team leader level in 6-7 months if consistent targets are met consistentlyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25000 - ₹35000 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission paysPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusWork Location: In person
