Job Description Company Description ParkSpace Solutions is a leading consultancy in parking and traffic management with over 20 years of expertise. We specialize in developing effective parking management solutions for small to large-scale projects globally. Our team, comprising parking planning architects, civil engineers, and robotic researchers, collaborates with various sectors including government traffic divisions, builders, architects, societies, hospitals, hotels, malls, and resorts. We aim to create innovative, clean, and efficient parking solutions that enhance customer experiences and support urban development. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer records. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, particularly in parking and traffic management or related fields - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to identify and target potential clients and develop strong client relationships - Knowledge of the local market and ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the urban development or construction industry is a plus
