Operating as an IATA-certified travel agency as of February 2022, the company has expanded to seven branches across India, with plans for further growth. EXPLERA VACATIONS delivers world-class consultancy services designed to redefine the travel experience for clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Morbi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, preparing proposals and presentations, and staying updated on industry trends to offer informed travel solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to meet company goals will also be integral to this role. Qualifications - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in sales techniques, client management, and relationship building - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly - Experience with travel-related software and ticketing systems - Teamwork ability and familiarity with cross-functional collaboration - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
