Job Description Job Title:Inside Sales Representative Company:Virtual Building Studio Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift:5 PM 2 AM (Night Shift) Job Summary: We're looking for a passionate and drivenInside Sales Representativewith12 years of experience in international voice process, RPO, or BPO. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing client relationships, and expanding our customer base in the USA market. Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online channels. - Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business. - Manage sales pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly targets. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools. - Conduct research to identify new prospects and market trends. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
