We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Indore branch You will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations managing staff achieving revenue targets ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth in the region Key Responsibilities - Lead mentor and manage branch staff to ensure high performance and professional development - Drive branch sales and business development initiatives to meet or exceed targets - Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics P L budgets and cost controls - Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements - Maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and local partners - Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Implement strategies for market penetration retention and expansion - Coordinate with HQ for reporting strategy and resource allocation Required Qualifications Skills- Bachelor s degree or higher Business Finance or related field preferred - Proven experience e g 5 years in branch operations banking financial services retail or similar- Previous experience in a managerial role leading teams- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills- Analytical mindset ability to interpret financial data and KPIs- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance risk management and operations- Customer-oriented approach- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesInfo 8200421048 ref updazz com
