Customer Interaction & Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, specifications, availability, and pricing listed on the Amazon platform. Guide customers through the purchasing process—answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending products as needed. Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats from Amazon customers regarding sales and service. Help customers with issues related to order tracking, cancellations, returns, or exchanges. 2. Sales Conversion: Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales using persuasive and solution-oriented communication. Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs, preferences, or browsing/purchase history. Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets (KPIs). 3. Product Knowledge and Amazon Platform Familiarity: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, features, deals, and promotions listed on Amazon. Understand and navigate Amazon seller and customer platforms (such as Seller Central, order dashboards, tracking tools). Stay informed about seasonal campaigns, Prime offers, flash sales, and exclusive deals. 4. Order and Issue Resolution: Help customers track their orders and provide timely updates on shipping or delivery. Assist in resolving problems such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, refund queries, or payment issues. Work with internal teams or third-party sellers to escalate and close customer concerns efficiently. 5. Documentation & CRM Updates: Log every customer interaction, inquiry, and transaction using CRM tools or internal systems. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, feedback, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures during all interactions. 6. Team Collaboration and Feedback Sharing: Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and quality analysts to improve process understanding. Share customer feedback with the operations or marketing teams to improve product listings and service quality.Required Skills and Attributes: 1. Communication Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus. Clear, polite, and persuasive communication style. Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs quickly. 2. Customer Service Orientation: Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in dealing with diverse customers. Ability to handle irate or dissatisfied customers professionally. Passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable customer experiences. 3. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Basic understanding of selling techniques and objection handling. Confidence in influencing buying decisions. Ability to balance sales targets with customer satisfaction. 4. Tech Savviness: Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce workflows. Comfortable using computers, web browsers, chat/email tools, and CRM systems. 5. Time Management and Multitasking: Ability to manage high call/chat volumes efficiently.
