This role involves analyzing business processes, evaluating marketing strategies, and leveraging data to optimize performance and drive growth. The BA works closely with management, marketing teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities, provide insights, and implement actionable strategies. This position combines business acumen, analytical skills, and digital marketing expertise to help organizations achieve operational efficiency and enhanced marketing outcomes.Key Responsibilities 1. Business Process Analysis & Management Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Document workflows, prepare process maps, and recommend best practices. Monitor the implementation of process improvements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret business and marketing data to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for management review. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operational and marketing strategies. 3. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize strategies based on data. Assist in managing marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand guidelines. 4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Act as a liaison between management, marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment on projects. Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress reports effectively to stakeholders. Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide feedback on feasibility. 5. Project Support & Implementation Assist in digital transformation projects by analyzing requirements and recommending solutions. Monitor project execution to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices in marketing and management processes. 6. Market Research & Business Development Support Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies. Support business development initiatives with insights from market analysis. Identify potential growth opportunities and propose strategies for expansion. Required Skills & Competencies Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC, and content strategy. Business Acumen: Understanding of organizational operations, processes, and strategic goals. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions. Project Management: Ability to coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, and track project performance.
