Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
