Job Description

1. Project Execution Leadership:

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of utility-scale Solar & Wind power projects from planning to commissioning.
- Drive end-to-end execution including civil, electrical, mechanical works, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure execution aligns with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

2. Multi-State Project Oversight:

- Monitor and guide projects across multiple Indian states with direct responsibility for projects in Maharashtra.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (land, design, procurement, and O&M) to ensure seamless execution.

3. Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with clients, vendors, local authorities, DISCOMs, and internal teams for smooth project implementation.

Conduct regular reviews with senior management and provide progress reports with risk mitigation plans.

4. Resource Planning & Team Management:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quality & Safety Officers, and Contractors.
- Plan manpower, machinery, and subcontractor requirements in line with project needs.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure 100% adherence to HSE standards and statutory regulations.
- Monitor project sites to enforce compliance with quality benchmarks and ESG goals.

6. Financial Control:

- Monitor project budgets and costs, flagging variances and driving corrective action.
- Approve and oversee project BOQs, contractor payments, and billing schedules.
