Job Description Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic loyalty program. This role requires strong interdepartmental coordination, operational insight, and a technical understanding of processes to ensure smooth program execution and client servicing in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for ensuring the operational excellence and client satisfaction of our loyalty program. Candidates should be adaptable, collaborative, and committed to driving cross-functional success. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison between multiple internal departments including the business leadership team, solutions team, consultants, and client stakeholders. - Capture, document, and validate client requirements clearly, focusing on opportunity identification and enhancement feasibility. - Coordinate and follow up regularly with 5-6 internal verticals to drive program management and delivery milestones. - Manage communication channels effectively (e.g., email, WhatsApp groups, calls) to maintain seamless collaboration across teams. - Provide operational support for service delivery points (e.g., lounges) and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions as needed to align teams with current processes and updates. - Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach in a high-pressure work environment. Qualifications - Background in operations, reporting with technical exposure preferred. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to multitask and manage coordination in a multi-vertical setup. - Comfortable using digital communication tools and managing group interactions. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
