We provide cutting-edge technology at utility pricing, fostering partnerships across Samaaj (Society), Sarkaar (Government), and Bazaar (Business) while embracing open networks like ONDC. At Namma Yatri, we are expanding beyond autos to build a comprehensive multi-modal mobility ecosystem. Our goal is to create a seamless, integrated transportation network that offers commuters multiple options- Busses, Metro, Auto, Cabsensuring affordability, convenience, and accessibility. With over 2 lakh rides daily and growing global interest, Namma Yatri is leading the way in accessible, community-driven mobility solutions. About the Role Namma Yatri a government-backed ride-hailing platform is looking for a dynamic Associate Business Operations to scale operations across Bangalore. This is a high-ownership role with full accountability of Supply growth (Driver engagement), Demand generation and marketing activations, Customer experience, and Govt. Liaisoning. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end city operations driver onboarding, training, availability & service quality. Lead a strong on-ground team to drive ride numbers and ensure daily operational execution. Engage with driver unions and community groups to build long-term support for Namma Yatri. Actively solve driver issues and help make Namma Yatri their preferred platform. Launch and manage driver engagement campaigns (bonuses, incentives, branding etc.) Ensure smooth coordination with government authorities at city and state level. Run on-ground branding activities to increase app visibility and public trust. Good to Have 2 to 3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management (mobility sector experience a plus). Worked in driver-side operations, community building or government liaison - Added advantage Key Skills & Qualities Proven ability to build from 0 to 1, and scale from 1 to 10 Strong people management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Bonus: Experience in mobility, logistics, or tech-enabled services Why Join Us Real Impact: Directly shape how millions of people experience city mobility.
