About the Role

As a Business Operations Associate, you'll work at the intersection of business, customers, and engineering — analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating cross-functionally to design smarter, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Analyze recurring operational issues to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to enhance workflows and customer experience.

  • Use data to uncover insights, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements.

  • Build and document scalable frameworks for business operations and decision-making.

  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: MBA fresher or graduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

    • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to uncovering root causes.

    • Curious about how business strategy, product, and technology connect.

    • Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools a plus).

  • Bonus: Experience in startups, SaaS, or customer-centric businesses.
