Summary In the role you will be responsible for the development of site execution plan for HVDC new and refurbishment projects support ITO teams in developing construction HVDC execution strategy for APAC You will work with Package project director as a support for Project Team with accountability for Safety Quality Delivery schedule and Cost SQDC in line with the contractual obligation of the project This is Fixed Term Contract role for 1 Year Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the developing site organization and project expert support for developing execution strategy The Senior Site Expert serves as a member of the Project Team with accountability for Safety schedule Delivery Quality and Cost SQDC in line with the contractual obligations of the project Support Project Director do develop site execution strategy towards customers partners subcontractors and local authorities on site Will work as an expert on HVDC site management supporting in staffing and performance development Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to develop frontline team for HVDC projects Accountable for ensuring the organizations EHS Policy and Management Systems at the site and for ensuring that established rules safe working practices and local laws and regulations are adhered mentioning roles and responsibilities of Site Manager Support in Implementing remedial measures to reduce or eliminate unsafe acts and conditions This responsibility also includes informing instructing and ensuring site staff training in safer methods of work and investigating eventual accidents Support in Implementation of DMS- Daily management system Nonconformance cost NCC and Cost Of Poor Quality CoPQ at site Ensure all work is constructed in accordance with quality assurance plan standard codes and good industry practice Support in developing and implementing the construction plans programs resource plans Help in developing systems to Monitor and manage subcontractor performance up to project close out including warranty obligations to drive fulfillment of subcontractor commitments achieve proactive risk and opportunity management provide accurate representation of status and address non-conformance issues with corrective strategies Keep functional management and the Project Team informed of status performance implications and recommended actions Required QualificationsBachelor degree Mechanical Civil or Electrical Engineering having 25 years experience appropriate to the technical activity involved or equivalent and hands on experience of executing more than 1 HVDC project at site Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Demonstrated ability to lead programs projects Ability to document plan market and execute programs Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided No
