Role & responsibilities
BDM for Domestic Staffing
Experience : 5-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, target, and onboard new clients seeking domestic staffing solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met consistently.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Market Expansion:
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's footprint in the domestic staffing market.
- Proactively research competitors and industry dynamics to create strategies for increasing market share.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets by generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, recruitment, and operations) to ensure smooth placement and client servicing.
- Client Servicing & Retention:
- Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and new business opportunities to senior management.
