Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the Indian market. Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy. - Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications - 5-11 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. - Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
