Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the organization. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in human resources and recruitment. Responsibilities - Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. - Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities. - Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. - Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
