Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Itinerary Creation & Quotation:

Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.

Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure seamless arrangements.

Call Handling & Sales Closing:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Understand client preferences, suggest suitable packages, and negotiate effectively.

Follow up on pending leads and close deals confidently.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Address queries, resolve concerns, and build strong client relationships.

Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align sales strategies.

Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Key Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and close sales efficiently.

Good knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and pricing structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a travel agency or tour operator company.

Fluency in English for effective communication

Probation Period: 3 Months

Upon receiving the offer, the employee will undergo a 3-month probation period, during which their role and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be as follows:

Successful completion of these performance metrics will lead to a full-time opportunity with Saveller Tours & Travels, along with an added bonus.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 9 - 6 PM
