We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their careers in sales and are passionate about building relationships with customers. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Present products and services to clients and demonstrate their value.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
