Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining books of accounts in Tally preparing GST returns handling vendor payments and supporting financial audits Prior experience in a PEB Pre-Engineered Building or structural steel company is preferred to understand project-based accounting billing and compliance Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP Manage accounts payable and receivable vendor bills and journal entries Perform monthly quarterly and yearly closing of accounts 2 GST Tax Compliance Prepare and file monthly GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B Perform GST reconciliations and address mismatches Assist in TDS calculations returns filing and tax payments 3 Billing Project Accounting Raise client invoices as per work progress contract milestones Track project-wise expenses and maintain cost control Coordinate with project teams for billing inputs and documentation 4 Bank Cash Management Reconcile bank statements and cash books regularly Prepare fund flow statements and daily cash reports Handle online payments vendor settlements and documentation 5 Audit Reporting Support internal and statutory audits with relevant data and reports Maintain accounting records ledgers and filing of all financial documents Generate reports for management on accounts status payables receivables etc Required Skills Strong command over Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Hands-on experience with GST return filing compliance Knowledge of project-based accounting preferably PEB or EPC firms Proficient in MS Excel basic knowledge of MS Word Outlook Good understanding of TDS Bank Reconciliation and Invoice Processing Preferred Industry Experience Pre-Engineered Buildings PEB Structural Steel EPC Infrastructure Fabrication Engineering Manufacturing Soft Skills Detail-oriented and accurate Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Trustworthy and ethical in financial dealings Department Accounts Finance Reports To Accounts Manager Finance Head Experience 3 - 5 years preferably in construction PEB manufacturing Qualification B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 073 08 - 32 394 04 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
