Job Title Cost Accountant CA Pre-Engineered Buildings PEB Location himatnagar Gujarat Department Finance Accounts Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant CA with experience or interest in the Pre-Engineered Buildings PEB industry The role involves managing the costing budgeting and financial planning aspects of PEB projects ensuring cost efficiency and financial control throughout the project lifecycle Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze project-wise costing budgets and financial forecasts for PEB structures Monitor material labor and overhead costs specific to steel structure fabrication and erection Collaborate with project managers engineering and procurement teams to ensure cost control and budget adherence Conduct variance analysis between estimated and actual costs recommend corrective actions Prepare management reports including profit margins break-even analysis and cost-benefit studies Ensure compliance with accounting standards taxation and company policies Evaluate inventory and work-in-progress WIP valuations related to fabrication and erection Assist in vendor contract evaluations and commercial negotiations from a costing perspective Contribute to internal audits and support external audits as required Qualifications Chartered Accountant CA certification is mandatory 5 years of experience in manufacturing construction or PEB industry preferred Strong knowledge of cost accounting standards job costing and project finance Proficiency in ERP systems SAP Tally or equivalent and MS Excel Strong analytical organizational and communication skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with PEB industry operations including fabrication erection and logistics Understanding of BOQ Bill of Quantities drawing-to-cost mapping and site accounting Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
