Job Title General Manager Chief Technical Officer CTO - PEB Construction Location Perumbavoor Experience Required Minimum 16 Years Accommodation Provided by the Company About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Chief Technical Officer CTO with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Building PEB construction The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all technical and operational aspects of projects ensuring timely execution quality control and client satisfaction Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end project management of PEB construction projects Lead technical teams in design fabrication erection and quality assurance Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency Coordinate with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met Supervise project budgeting scheduling and resource allocation Ensure adherence to safety quality and compliance standards Mentor and develop engineering and project management teams Report directly to top management on project progress and technical performance Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Civil Structural Mechanical Engineering Minimum 16 years of experience in the construction industry primarily in PEB projects Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale construction operations Strong technical knowledge of PEB systems structural design and fabrication processes Excellent communication planning and problem-solving skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines Compensation Benefits Performance Incentives As per company policy Accommodation Provided by the company Additional benefits as per company norms Job Type Full-time Pay 95 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
