The Project Manager - PEB Structure will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing the execution of Pre-Engineered Building PEB projects from initiation to completion The role involves close coordination with design teams vendors clients and on-site execution teams to ensure project milestones are met within budget and time constraints while maintaining safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Develop project schedules milestones and resource plans Coordinate with design and detailing teams to ensure timely release of drawings Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of materials and erection activities Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards Vendor Client Coordination Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and quality Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular progress updates Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders Team Leadership Lead site engineers supervisors and subcontractors Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality Cost Resource Management Monitor project budgets and control costs Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and equipment Quality Safety Implement safety protocols and ensure zero-incident execution Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle Conduct quality inspections and audits at different stages Required Skills Qualifications Strong understanding of PEB structures erection methodologies and steel construction Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings Working knowledge of AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure Department Projects Construction Reports To Head - Projects Operations Head Experience 8 years in PEB structural steel construction Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Mechanical Engineering preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
