Job Title: AGM / DGM / Add. GM / General Manager Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and self-driven professionals to join our growing Sales & Marketing team at mid-to-senior leadership levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition, broker networking, and sales conversion, preferably in Real Estate or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Drive sales through direct client interactions, property presentations, and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and events for lead generation.
- Monitor market trends and explore new areas to enhance project penetration.
- Convert inquiries into leads and leads into successful sales closures.
- Maintain regular sales MIS, CRM updates, and pipeline reports.
- Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss strategy and performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and delivering timely follow-ups.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with competitor activities, pricing, and new launches in the market.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Sales, preferably in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Luxury Automobiles, Wealth Management, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong existing broker network and channel partner engagement experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a performance-driven culture.
- Should be physically fit, field-oriented, and comfortable with travel within assigned locations.
