Job Description

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's brand.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
