Job Description Job Title: Government Sales Executive Manager Location: Faridabad About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Government Sales Professional to drive business growth across government departments, PSUs, educational institutions, and semi-government bodies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in government procurement, GeM portal operations, and institutional sales. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders. - Identify and monitor tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and state portals. - Prepare and submit technical & financial bids and ensure compliance. - Conduct presentations, demos, and product pitches to institutional clients. - Achieve sales targets and manage long sales cycles effectively. - Ensure smooth execution of contracts, deliveries, and payments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). - 28 years of experience in government/institutional sales (IT hardware/peripherals preferred). - Strong knowledge of GeM portal and government procurement processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Required Skills: - Government Tendering & Bidding - GeM Portal Expertise - Presentation & Negotiation Skills - Relationship Management - Documentation & Compliance Preferred Skills: - Experience in IT hardware/peripherals sales. - Familiarity with government procurement processes.
