Urgent Search: Regional Sales Head

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to join our team and drive growth in the North India region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of vibration monitoring and CMS tools, coupled with a proven track record in sales within the process industry. This role involves building strong relationships with Plant/Maintenance Heads and Account Executives, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. Responsibilities: - Partner with Plant/Maintenance Heads and Account Executives to identify and pursue potential clients. - Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts and uncover new opportunities. - Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our vibration monitoring solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. - Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales and business development efforts. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. - Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of field sales experience in vibration monitoring and CMS tools within the process industry. - Proven track record of success in sales, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. - Strong technical knowledge of vibration monitoring - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel extensively within the North India region.
