Job Description Position: Customer Success Manager (CSM) Location: Remote Experience: 2 to 3 Years Compensation: Up to 15,00,000 INR Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing support for our customers. As the primary point of contact from kickoff to go-live, you will ensure customers are successfully integrated into the platform, maximize its value, and adopt best practices to achieve long-term satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, training, and implementation. - Configure the platform to meet customer-specific procurement workflows and needs. - Provide ongoing support and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure customer success. - Build strong relationships by acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and retention. - Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape product improvements and enhance onboarding processes. Requirements - 23 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated experience supporting customers in the US or UK markets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management. - Technically inclined with the ability to understand, configure, and train users on software tools. - Willingness to work night shifts to align with US-based client schedules.
