Job Description

Team Management

- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
- Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance feedback

Sales Execution

- Drive individual and team sales for assigned real estate projects
- Ensure timely follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits
- Achieve booking and revenue targets through team coordination

Customer Handling

- Assist team in handling key customers and negotiations
- Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales service experience
- Resolve client queries and escalate issues when needed

Channel Partner Coordination

- Support the team in coordinating with brokers/channel partners
- Track leads generated via external agents and support in closures

Reporting & MIS

- Track daily lead status, team productivity, and site visit conversion
- Maintain sales reports, booking updates, and performance dashboards
- Share regular updates with Sales Manager or City Head

Key Skills Required

- Strong communication, team leadership, and selling skills
- Good understanding of the local real estate market
- Ability to drive performance and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Excel reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master s Degree Preferred
- 4 6 years of real estate sales experience with at least 1 2 years in a team lead role
- Experience in residential or plotted development preferred
- Locations: Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar & for HSR Layout )and Kandivali (Mumbai)
