Role Summary Own and execute all outbound digital pipeline for Tax1099 as an individual contributor—cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted lists, and micro-ABM plays—to generate qualified meetings, sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and pipeline. Partners with: Product Marketing, Sales (AEs), RevOps, Partnerships Responsibilities - Define ICP; build, segment, and enrich target lists; maintain suppressions and list hygiene - Craft compliant cold email + LinkedIn outreach; run multi-step sequences and structured tests - Launch agile programs (net-new, re-engage, partner/event follow-ups) with clear CTAs - Track funnel performance end-to-end; publish weekly insights and iterate - Coordinate tight AE handoffs, meeting prep, and feedback loops Qualifications - 4-8 years in B2B demand gen/growth with hands-on cold email + LinkedIn execution - Proven track record of self-sourced SQLs and pipeline (no BDR/SDR support) - Strong copywriting, deliverability knowledge, and data hygiene discipline - Comfortable with HubSpot/Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo/Outreach, and enrichment tools Success Metrics (overview) - Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated from outbound - Qualified meetings booked with ICP accounts - Outbound-sourced pipeline created
