- Responsible for implementing policies.
Overseeing customer service and feedback
To review the veracity of all the compliances certificates including certificate of safety of electrical & fire installation submitted by the property managers/PMS from time to time.
To review organizational processes, and work to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
To lead the emergency response/business continuity response as per emergency prepardness repsosne plan/ Business continuity plan
Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Collaborates with transitions and onboarding team as needed.
Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required
- Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
Supporting all functions of the business to work together Authority
- To STOP any unsafe work as reported by workmen or self observed
Approve Job description and RACI matrix for entire team as per site requirements
- Carry out Vendor selection and based on Vendor evaluation
Review and approve Opex and Capex budget for Property Operations
OHS&W Responsibility
Strictly adhere to applicable safety norms/statutory compliances/regulatory, compliances/statutory laws and all the approvals /permits /licenses for the same are kept valid and subsisting.
Review preparation of various SOPs and Safety Standards
Review of HSE Statistics and various HSE indicators
Review of Incident reports and implementation of recommendations
Internal Audit - Safety Standard Audit status
Legal compliance Implementation Status
Review of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment, CoSHH assessment, Manual Handling Risk Assessment
Monitor Safety Management System implementation status
OHS&W Objectives and targets
To Ensure Reward and recognition program are conducted and ensure participation of all level employee
Review functioning of various safety committee
Competencies
(Critical pre-identification foundational competencies. Refer to existent competency frameworks)
- Engineering Graduation in Electrical / Mechanical from reputed University
- Master degree in Relevant field is desirable
- Qualified Energy Auditor from BEE
