Job Description Function : Corporate Channel Role : Key Account Manager - Corporate Channel Level : RL5 Location : Bangalore About The Function MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip provides a customizable, realtime self-booking system which seamlessly integrates into a company's structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice. Over last 5 years, they have onboarded50000+ prominent corporates which are availing the benefits of our seamless platform, along with significant savings. About The Role - As an Account Manager at MyBiz MakeMyTrip, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients. - You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. - Your role will involve understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. What will you be doing - Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz Product. - Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal while managing a team of 4-5 Key Account Managers. - Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Creating and maintaining a healthy sales funnel week-on-week. - Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. - Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices. - Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations. - Working closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance for Client /corporate on-boarding. - Taking the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department ensuring sales-cycle completion. Qualification & Experience - Well-rounded B2B experience. - Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) from reputed institute with 6-8 years of relevant experience. Key Success Factors For The Role - Understanding of commission structures, discounting, and basic knowledge of P&L management. - Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems. - Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills. - Excellent presentation skills.
