Role & responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure CXO-level speakers from top enterprise organizations, with a strong emphasis on those in the technology domain.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with enterprise IT executives, technology thought leaders, and industry influencers.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies and curated communications to attract high-profile speakers for diverse events and panels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align speaker acquisition with event objectives, content themes, and audience profiles.
- Manage multiple speaker acquisition projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery across overlapping timelines.
- Work closely with event marketing, content, and logistics teams to optimise speaker experiences pre, during, and post-event.
- Track, report, and continuously improve speaker acquisition metrics, pipelines, and procedure.
Preferred candidate profile:
Btech/MCA, BBA/BCA/MBA.
1-3 years experience.
Excellent Communication skills.
Good Command in Excel
IT product Telesales
