Key Responsibilities:
Community Development: Establish growth initiatives playbook for our player community across Discord, forums, and social media.
Social Media & Marketing: Develop and schedule content, track campaign results, and help build brand awareness.
Accounting & Finance Support: Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and help prepare reports.
Operational Admin: Schedule meetings, maintain documentation, and support daily studio logistics.
Research & Insights: Conduct market, player, and competitor research; summarise findings for actionable decision-making.
Project management.
Ideal Candidate:
Passion for gaming and startup environments.
Clear communicator, organised, and proactive.
Comfortable with social platforms and digital tools; design or content creation skills a plus.
Eager to learn and contribute wherever needed.
