Our platform serves both VC-backed growth stage startups and traditional businesses with stable cash flows, offering secured and unsecured structured debt financing solutions. Our goal is to build the infrastructure for credit distribution at scale, making it faster, smarter, and more accessible.
As a Senior Manager, you will drive quarterly growth OKRs, define targets, budgets, and timelines, and keep every channel on tempo. You will also shape topic roadmaps and KPIs, brief and refine output from SEO and PR agencies, and partner with the in-house ABM manager and content creators to craft cohorts, assets, and nurture paths that convert curiosity into pipeline.
You will prioritize sales-enablement assets, structure win-loss reviews, and pinpoint friction to close deals faster. You will also test smart plays-founder calculators, micro-events, communities without blowing budgets, and identify new growth levers to drive business success.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Tier 1 Education with 3-5 years of experience, or IIT + 4-6 years or IIM + 3-4 years. You will also need to be a smart hands-on generalist with expertise in performance marketing, have an opinion and a voice, and be able to manage a function team of 3-4 and 2-3 agencies.
A strong culture fit and startup mindset are essential for this role. You will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, have a passion for innovation, and be able to navigate complex business problems.
