About Midgrow:
Midgrow (www.midgrow.studio) is a digital solutions company helping small & medium businesses grow online with custom websites, SEO, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We've already built multiple websites, ranked businesses on Google, and managed e-commerce platforms. Now, we're looking for passionate talent from Madhya Pradesh to join our growth journey.
Role: Lead Generation Intern
What You'll Do:
- Research & identify potential business clients (SMEs, startups, local businesses in MP).
- Reach out via LinkedIn, cold emails, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and calls (scripts provided).
- Apply for relevant projects on Upwork & Fiverr using ready-made proposals.
- Maintain a lead tracker and set up meetings for the founder to close deals.
Who We're Looking For:
- Must be located in Madhya Pradesh.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Self-motivated, consistent, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of websites/SEO/e-commerce is a plus (training will be provided).

- Performance Incentives: 10002,000 per client closed
