Job Description Job Summary: The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals. This role involves market research, competitor analysis, campaign planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans - Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities - Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to create targeted marketing campaigns - Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for better ROI - Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively - Lead strategic initiatives for brand positioning and new product launches - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or related roles - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills - Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign management software - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
