The role involves working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and teams.What you bring in:6+ years of relevant experienceWho can communicate effectively and clearly to internal and external audiencesWho has a business and a technical background that allows you to articulate product value in different ways to different audiencesExperience supporting the launch and adoption of software products (B2B Fintech SaaS/ Business Messaging background is an added plus)Adept at working with cross-functional teamsExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsData-driven and creativeThe impact you will create: Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates us from competitors.Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, including pricing, promotional strategies, and sales enablement tools.Partnership & Leadership: Ability to lead and conduct workshops along with Product and GTM teams for the customer/prospect ecosystem. Along with program managing partnerships with industry bodies, customer boards, and the wider community.Content Development: Be the voice of the product and collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including videos, product brochures, case studies, webinars, and blog posts.Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales.Collaboration: Partner with Leadership, GTM teams, and Product Management in developing the definition, messaging, and positioning of solutions.Project Management and Organizational Skills: Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines, with a proactive approach to addressing multiple timelines.
