We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR Talent Management Payroll Absence Management and Time Labor Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements Conduct system testing troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants project managers and end-users Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions Provide input into project planning and status reporting Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Computer Science Information Systems or a related field 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Strong knowledge of at least three HCM modules e g Core HR Payroll Time Labor Talent Compensation Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Ability to design and execute functional test scripts and cases Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Oracle HCM Cloud certification s Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC or other middleware tools Knowledge of Oracle Reporting Tools BI Publisher OTBI Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
