The candidate must have experience in:-Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.)-Writing complex conditional logic and calculations-Oracle HCM implementations or support projects-Designing and implementing Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:*Payroll Calculation Rules*Absence Accruals and Plans*Benefits Eligibility*Compensation Rules*Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing formulas*Utilizing Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing*Using database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic*Collaborating with technical and functional teams during system implementations
