• Lead or support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, etc.).
• Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll functionality.
• Manage data migration, payroll setups, and process validations as part of the implementation cycle.
• Conduct payroll parallel runs, testing, and user training to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze payroll processes and recommend system improvements or best practices.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between payroll and other HCM/Finance modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches, ensuring payroll compliance with statutory updates.
