Position: Oracle HCM Functional Trainer (Virtual)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Trainer to conduct virtual corporate training sessions for professionals and teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and prior experience in delivering corporate or professional training sessions.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct engaging online sessions on Oracle HCM Functional modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.)


• Develop and deliver structured training content, exercises, and assessments.


• Provide hands-on demonstrations and clarify technical concepts in a learner-friendly manner.


• Evaluate trainee progress and offer guidance for improvement.


• Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience


• Minimum 3+ years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.


• Proven training or corporate coaching experience (virtual preferred).


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Strong command over HR business processes and Oracle HCM functionalities.

Preferred


• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification.


• Experience in designing corporate learning programs or e-learning modules.
