Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Professional to support the implementation, configuration and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR business processes and hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirementsConfigure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTLPerform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCMConduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Provide post-go-live support and handle change requestsCreate and maintain documentation, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizationsEnsure compliance with data privacy and localization requirementsAbout This Role:This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver a successful Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fieldProven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration and supportExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive, and you may be required to perform other tasks as needed.
