AVP - Tech Solution Architect (P&C Insurance)

Assistant Vice President – Tech Solution Architect Location: Delhi-NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Pune Experience: 14 - 19 years Domain: P&C Insurance (must) We are seeking a senior Tech Solution Architect to design and scale next-gen Agentic AI solutions across enterprise operations. This role requires strong P&C Insurance domain experience and the ability to translate business needs into intelligent, autonomous system architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Assess P&C use cases and identify opportunities for Agentic AI adoption - Design multi-agent architectures, decision flows, and integration models - Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI with P&C core systems (policy, claims, underwriting) - Build and support PoCs to validate business value - Monitor agent performance using key KPIs (accuracy, latency, reliability) - Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and ethical AI standards - Create client-facing technical documentation Qualifications: - Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration - Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, P&C cores) - Hands-on knowledge of P&C processes (Quote, Policy, Claims, Underwriting) - Strong analytical and communication skills
