AVP - Tech Solution Architect (P&C Insurance)

Assistant Vice President – Tech Solution Architect Location: Delhi-NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Pune Experience: 14 - 19 years Domain: P&C Insurance (must) We are seeking a senior Tech Solution Architect to design and scale next-gen Agentic AI solutions across enterprise operations. This role requires strong P&C Insurance domain experience and the ability to translate business needs into intelligent, autonomous system architectures. Key Responsibilities: Assess P&C use cases and identify opportunities for Agentic AI adoption Design multi-agent architectures, decision flows, and integration models Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI with P&C core systems (policy, claims, underwriting) Build and support PoCs to validate business value Monitor agent performance using key KPIs (accuracy, latency, reliability) Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and ethical AI standards Create client-facing technical documentation Qualifications: Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, P&C cores) Hands-on knowledge of P&C processes (Quote, Policy, Claims, Underwriting) Strong analytical and communication skills
