Assistant Vice President – Tech Solution Architect Location: Delhi-NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Pune Experience: 14 - 19 years Domain: P&C Insurance (must) We are seeking a senior Tech Solution Architect to design and scale next-gen Agentic AI solutions across enterprise operations. This role requires strong P&C Insurance domain experience and the ability to translate business needs into intelligent, autonomous system architectures.Key Responsibilities:Assess P&C use cases and identify opportunities for Agentic AI adoptionDesign multi-agent architectures, decision flows, and integration modelsPartner with engineering teams to integrate AI with P&C core systems (policy, claims, underwriting)Build and support PoCs to validate business valueMonitor agent performance using key KPIs (accuracy, latency, reliability)Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and ethical AI standardsCreate client-facing technical documentationQualifications:Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestrationExperience integrating AI with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, P&C cores)Hands-on knowledge of P&C processes (Quote, Policy, Claims, Underwriting)Strong analytical and communication skills
