This role requires strong P&C Insurance domain experience and the ability to translate business needs into intelligent, autonomous system architectures.Key Responsibilities:- Assess P&C use cases and identify opportunities for Agentic AI adoption- Design multi-agent architectures, decision flows, and integration models- Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI with P&C core systems (policy, claims, underwriting)- Build and support PoCs to validate business value- Monitor agent performance using key KPIs (accuracy, latency, reliability)- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and ethical AI standards- Create client-facing technical documentationQualifications:- Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration- Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, P&C cores)- Hands-on knowledge of P&C processes (Quote, Policy, Claims, Underwriting)- Strong analytical and communication skills
